2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with:

By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. You will receive immediate confirmation of your order via email. The purchase agreement is only concluded upon dispatch confirmation or delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

4th delivery

We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.
Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

5. Payment

Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Klarna, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay or other options displayed at checkout.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of ALESEY GbR until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from breaches of essential contractual obligations.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Return policy / Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ALESEY GbR, Alexander Grop & Sergey Lage, Alexanderweg 15, 80807 Munich, email: support@alesey.de ) ) inform them of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
